Valentine's Day Saltine Toffee Bark

My mom makes Saltine Toffee Bark every year for Christmas and it’s always everyone’s favorite sweet treat to munch on.  Then it dawned on me – Why do we only make this yummy treat for Christmas?  There’s nothing about this recipe that says Christmas or holiday.  I’ve decided that Toffee Bark needs to be made for every holiday, party, get together, cookout, etc.  It’s so easy that It really needs to be made throughout the entire year.

So, we’re starting with Valentine’s Day.  I will warn you now – this Valentine’s Day Saltine Toffee Bark is addicting. What’s not to love about a recipe that calls for sugar, chocolate, and M&M’s.  I like to break it into small pieces so I don’t feel guilty when I eat five pieces throughout the day:)

Saltine Chocolate Toffee Bark

The best thing about this recipe is that you can add all your favorite toppings.  You can add peanuts, walnuts, M&’M’s, sprinkles or all of the above.  Just load this bark with everything you love.  I also love that you can’t mess this recipe up.  It does require a little baking but it’s almost a no-bake recipe because you only pop it in the oven for 5 minutes.

Now excuse me while I go eat an entire bowl of Chocolate Toffee Bark and binge watch Fixer Upper.

  2. This recipe is easy to make and beyond delicious! I’ve made it for Valentine’s Day and Christmas! My family and friends love it! So do I!

  3. Hello! I made this TWICE today because my chips aren’t melting! Have you had this issue? I used brand name crackers and roll house milk chocolate chips. They just won’t melt and it’s so hard to spread the chocolate.
