Are you wondering what to make with all that delicious turkey you have leftover on Thanksgiving? Then you’ll love this turkey salad with almonds and dried cranberries.
These Turkey Salad Sandwiches are the perfect way to use up your leftover Thanksgiving turkey!
For me, the best part about Thanksgiving is spending time with family and eating turkey.
And the best thing about Black Friday is eating leftover turkey sandwiches. My mom makes a big bowl of turkey salad every year and it has become a family favorite.
This recipe is so easy to make and I’m sure you have most of the ingredients already.
And if you don’t, you can find them all at your local Walmart.
Turkey, dried cranberries, and almonds all pulled together with Kraft mayonnaise and Greek yogurt. What’s not to love? Her secret ingredients, the poultry seasoning and curry powder adds the perfect flavor to this turkey salad recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked turkey – shredded
- 3/4 cup Kraft mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Chop up your left over turkey. Add turkey, Kraft mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt to small bowl. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Add almonds and dried cranberries to bowl and continue to mix together.
Step 3: Season with poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and curry powder. Mix again.
Step 4: Spread turkey salad on bread and top with your favorite sandwich toppings. I usually just add lettuce.
This turkey salad also tastes great with crackers or over a fresh salad.

Leftover turkey salad is a great idea! I usually make a turkey and stuffing casserole and then I make a layered mexican casserole. Both are favorites.
