Who doesn’t love an easy dessert recipe that only requires 3 ingredients? You just can’t beat a rich, chocolatey dessert topped with raspberries and chopped pistachios. Pair it with a glass of Gloria Ferrer wine and your best girl friends for the perfect girl’s night in.
The girls and I try to get together once a week for some girl time. We sit back and relax with our wine, some cheese and chocolate. My girl Lesley puts together the prettiest cheese boards and I always make a fun dessert. Then, we sit back and relax with a glass of wine while eating cheese and chocolate. How awesome does that sound?

Raspberry Chocolate Bark
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried raspberries, broken into small pieces
- 1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over medium heat.
- Spread chocolate in even layer on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle dried raspberries and chopped pistachios over chocolate.
- Chill to set. Break into smaller pieces using a sharp knife.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
