I love this time of year because of all the fresh fruit we can get at the local farmer’s markets! We have been picking up fresh strawberries and blueberries and I can’t keep them in the house for more than a day before Connor eats them all.
This past weekend we picked up some peaches, strawberries and blueberries to make a Peach and Berry Cobbler. It was such an easy recipe that I couldn’t wait to share it with you!
Peach and Berry Cobbler
Ingredients
- Peach & Berry Filling:

- - 2 tablespoons flour
- - 4 tablespoons sugar
- Crumble Topping:
- - 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds
- - 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- - 1/2 cup flour
- - 5 tablespoons butter
- - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish.
- Step 2: Cut up your fruit and add to mixing bowl. Add sugar and flour.
- Step 3: Mix until you no longer see any flour. Pour into baking dish.
- Step 4: Make the crumble topping by placing brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon in bowl. Mix together using a fork. Add Honey Bunches of Oats cereal.
- Step 5: Spread crumble topping evenly over fruit and bake for 20-25 minutes.
And guess what the secret ingredient is?
Give up? Honey Bunches of Oats cereal. It adds the perfect crunch to the topping of this cobbler.
