Ingredients
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons Old Bay
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to large bowl.
Mix together until well combined
Add mixture to air-tight container.
To use: sprinkle the fry rub onto the meal. Using your hands, rub the spices on the meal.
To Store: Add dry rub to air-tight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months. You can also add dry rub to a freezer bag and store in the freezer.
