Have you noticed yet that I LOVE breakfast foods? I think I could have breakfast every meal of the day.
One of my favorite things about blogging has been making and sharing new recipes. I recently came across a recipe for Hash Brown Quiche on Pinterest and knew I had to try it. How did I ever cook without Pinterest?
I added sausage and spinach to the original recipe to create a delicious quiche that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I made it for dinner and then had leftovers for breakfast. That’s the perfect meal in my book!
This recipe combines all of my favorite breakfast foods – eggs, hash brown, cheese, and sausage. Lucky for me, I found Brown ‘N Serve Sausage at Walmart that made this Hash Brown Quiche super easy to make.

- Step 2: In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
