Greek Hummus Dip Recipe
- 2 (10 ounces) containers of hummus – I used Traditional and Garlic
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 (4 ounces) container feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- Parsley for garnish, optional
- Spread hummus in bottom of baking dish.
- Sprinkle feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives over hummus. Top with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
