My New Year’s Resolution this year is to drink more water. I drink my coffee in the morning and then it will be 3:00 in the afternoon and I’ll realize that I haven’t had any water yet. There are so many benefits to drinking water throughout the day so to fix that problem, I’ve started preparing delicious fruit infused water that I keep in the refrigerator. This has made drinking water so much easier and taste so much better. Plus, it’s way more fun to drink fruit infused water than plain water.
So today I’m sharing 5 of my favorite fruit infused water combinations that I know you will love.

Now back to drinking more water. I really had no idea infused water would taste so good and there are so many health benefits to drinking infused water.
Look at all that beautiful fruit!
My favorite flavor combinations:
- Lemon, Blueberry, Strawberry
- Grapefruit, Orange, Lime
- Orange, Pineapple
- Cucumber, Kiwi, Strawberry
- Strawberry, Pineapple, Lime
Directions: Wash fruit and cut into smaller slices. Add 1 cup of fruit to each glass of water.
That’s it! I can’t believe it has taken me this long to start drinking fruit infused water.
You can use all kinds of fruits and combinations. I really like the citrus flavors combined with the strawberries and pineapple.
I’m here to tell you that if your goal is to drink more water throughout the day, this is the way to do it. And to remind me to drink more water, I created a motivational water bottle. This is a water bottle that has a timeline on the bottle to help keep track of your water intake. I like it because it reminds me to drink water throughout the day and it helps me keep track of exactly how much water I’m drinking daily.
- 32 ounce water bottle
- vinyl numbers or permanent marker
Step 1: Fill measuring cup with 6 ounces of water. Pour water in water bottle. Mark the water line with 1:00 and 7:00. Fill measuring cup with another 6 ounces of water. Pour water in water bottle and mark with 12:00 and 6:00.
Step 2: Repeat until you have labeled your water bottle all the way up to 9:00 and 3:00.
This water bottle is designed to drink 64 ounces of water daily and you will have to fill up your water bottle at 2:00 if you drink all your water.
I can honestly say that this water bottle and the fruit infused water has helped me tremendously with increasing my daily water intake; which has helped me feel more energized throughout the day. I’m waiting for my skin to look more youthful. I’m hoping it will help reduce the look of fine lines. That might be wishful thinking:)
