I’m such a huge salad fan. I could eat salads every day for lunch and dinner and be so happy. There’s a local restaurant that has the best Buffalo Shrimp Salad that I love to order but taking a one year old out to eat is not fun so I decided that I could easily make it myself.
This salad is so easy to toss together. After baking the shrimp according to the package directions, toss it in buffalo wing sauce. Pile your plate full of your favorite salad toppings and then add your buffalo shrimp. Top it off with blue cheese and your favorite salad dressing for the best shrimp salad ever! I like to mix buffalo sauce with blue cheese dressing and my hubby likes ranch on his buffalo shrimp salad.

Buffalo Shrimp Salad
A delicious salad full of fresh vegetables and topped with buffalo shrimp. If you love all buffalo shrimp, you’re going to love this Buffalo Shrimp Salad!
- 1 pound of your favorite shrimp – grilled, fried, or baked
- 6 cups salad greens
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (plus more for salad dressing)
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- Blue cheese (optional)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Cook popcorn shrimp according to directions on box.
- Drizzle buffalo sauce over buffalo shrimp and stir until shrimp is evenly coated.
- Place salad greens and vegetables in bowls. Spoon buffalo shrimp over salad. Top with blue cheese crumbles.
- Mix buffalo sauce with salad dressing.
