Housewarming Gift Tower

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and we are headed to our cousin’s house in Maryland.  We haven’t seen them in two years, which means they haven’t met Easton yet. It will also be the first time we see their new house they just had built. We have a lot to catch up on, and I can’t show up empty handed. Since we’re traveling from out of town, I can’t really bring food so I thought it would be fun to make them a fun housewarming gift.

Of course I had to come up with something creative to make them, so I turned to Pinterest for inspiration. I decided to create a fun housewarming gift tower full of cleaning supplies and other household essentials. Everyone needs toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. I also added sponges, hand towels, an empty spray bottle, and a candle as fun little additions to the gift tower because you can never have too many of those things.

When it comes to cleaning, I made sure to include all of my favorite products.

  • Windex® because what else do you clean glass with?! Windex® Original Glass Cleaner is perfect for so many of the surfaces throughout the home including windows, mirrors, tile, and so much more.
  • Scrubbing Bubbles® Lemon Scent Bathroom Cleaner because it’s the best at cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom, and you can’t have a dirty bathroom when you’re having guests over.
  • And, of course, Pledge® Multisurface – Antibacterial. Not only does it protect and take care of my furniture, but it leaves my house looking and smelling fantastic.

I headed to Home Depot to pick up everything I needed for this fun gift. I’m already at Home Depot at least once a week for other projects I’m working on, and I always stop by their cleaning aisle to pick up what I need.

Now it’s time to assemble this awesome Housewarming Gift Tower. Start with a roll of paper towels. Then place toilet paper rolls around the paper towels. Tie ribbon around the toilet paper rolls to keep it all in place.

Next, stack cleaning supplies, towels, and sponges on top of the toilet paper and around the paper towel roll. Tie in place with ribbon. Add a candle and you’re finished. I added the Glade® Apple Cinnamon Candle because this is the perfect time of year for all things apple scented.

How stinkin’ cute is this Housewarming Gift Tower? This is definitely my new housewarming gift to give to all my favorite people. It’s the perfect combination of awesome products that you need to keep your house looking and smelling great.

I’m so excited to spend Thanksgiving with our family. It’s been way too long since we don’t live in the same state, and it’s always fun to spend time with family. And now I can’t wait to give the host and hostess this great housewarming gift. Everyone wants their house to look perfect and now’s the perfect time to stock up on all your cleaning needs.
