Peanut Butter Granola Pear Bites

I have a major confession to make.  Snacks are my weakness.  I have no problem making and eating healthy meals but when it comes to snacks, all I want are chips, chocolates, and french fries.  I find myself craving potato chips every afternoon and I usually cave in to those cravings.  I know I should be eating an apple or carrots with hummus but I always go for the junk food.

But now that I’m trying to lose the last of my baby weight, I finally realized that had to change.  I’ve been working out and making better food choices so it was time to change my snacking habits.

I whipped up these Peanut Butter Granola Pear Bites for Connor and I to snack on during homework time and we both loved them.  This was such a better snack choice for both of us and it kept us satisfied until it was time for dinner.

You have to admit – these pear bites look way better than a bowl of potato chips.  And you can eat them without feeling guilty.
