Swiss Rolls Cake

I’ve got an extra fun cake to share with you all today.  This Swiss Rolls Cake is delicious and great for a party.

And it’s super easy!

Step 1:  Make your favorite cake and frosting.  I made a yellow cake with chocolate butter cream icing.

Step 2:  Place a box of Swiss Rolls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.  You’ll need at least 20 Swiss Rolls to cover a round cake.

Step 3:  Cut Swiss Rolls into 1/2 inch slices.  Add slices of Swiss Rolls to cake starting at the top and swirling around.

That’s it!  Isn’t it fun?  I took this cake to a neighborhood cook-out and everybody couldn’t wait to bite into it.

If you love Swiss Rolls than you will love this cake and you should have a few Swiss Rolls left over to eat at least one while you make the cake.
