I’m all about easy recipes and today I have an easy appetizer recipe that is sure to be the hit of any party!

Football season has already started in our house.  My husband is a huge NY Giants fan and he never misses a game including preseason games.  Saturday night we had a few friends over to watch the Giants  play the Steelers and I made these delicious Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups.

My husband is a HUGE fan of anything that includes Buffalo Chicken so I knew these were going to be a big hit with him.  Everybody loved them and I loved that they only required 6 ingredients.

Saturday evening, before the game, I assembled the Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups and they were ready when the game started.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 ounces package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray. Add one wonton wrapper to each muffin cup. Spray wrappers with cooking spray and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo wing sauce, chicken and 3/4 cup cheese to mixing bowl. Stir ingredients together.
  • Add a spoonful of chicken mixture to each wonton.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.

  3. Those look fabulous! I’ve never made wonton cups, but they seem like just the right size for party food! And buffalo chicken is one of my hubby’s favourite snacks!
