I’m so excited to be partying with the FABULOUS Laura Kelly and sharing a fun way to upcycle a movie popcorn box for Halloween.

Halloween Popcorn Box Blog Hop

I had the pleasure of meeting Laura Kelly a few weeks ago.  Not only is she super talented and creative but she was so sweet to talk to and the nicest person ever!

Halloween Popcorn Box

She has organized a Halloween Popcorn Box Blog Hop where she challenged a group of bloggers to take a plain popcorn box and use it to design something creative and fun.  We could use any supplies and materials that we wanted.

I headed to my local craft store for some inspiration and came across this spider duct tape.  I wrapped the box with the spider duct tape and used my hot glue gun to adhere googly eyes to the spiders.  Then, I filled it with popcorn and watched a movie with my favorite 5 year old.

Simple and fun!!  I can’t wait to make more Halloween crafts with my spider duct tape.

Now head on over to Laura Kelly’s Halloween Popcorn Box Blog Hop to see how the other creative ladies decorated their popcorn boxes.

And there is more!

  1. Fun box, and I love a good duct tape craft. I have the spider tape and never thought about adding googly eyes to the spiders. Love this idea!
