Last night at around 10:00 I had a fabulous idea. I wanted to make a red, white, and blue veggie platter for a cookout we were going to.
I always think of these things at the last minute and stress myself out because, of course, I had nothing I needed for this veggie platter. I quickly ran to the grocery store first thing this morning and picked up what I needed:
- two red peppers
- one pack of cherry tomatoes
- two cucumbers
- ranch dip
- 1 can of chopped black olives
I cut up the veggies and arranged them in rows. Then I added the ranch dip to a small bowl and spread the chopped black olives over the dip.
That’s it! How easy and cute is that?
Such a festive little veggie platter. Perfect for a party!
