Pumpkin S’more Cookie Sandwiches

Well, I did it. I’ve combined two of my husband’s favorite treats into one.  He loves everything pumpkin and he loves s’mores so over the weekend we had a bonfire and made Pumpkin S’more Cookie Sandwiches.

And guess what?  They’re easy to make and taste AMAZING!

All you need is a batch of your favorite pumpkin cookies, marshmallows, and chocolate.

All I can say is YUM!
