Loaded Jalapeno Popper Dip

Guess what?  I finally invited the girls over for a jewelry making party.  This is something that I’ve wanted to do for a few months now.  I used to meet up with a few friends from work every month to make jewelry but we stopped doing it when we all had babies.  I’ve been wanting to make some new earrings and this was exactly what I needed to motivate myself.  Plus, we needed a good excuse to have a girl’s night.

And since you can’t have a party without food, I whipped up the best dip!  This Loaded Jalapeño Dip is the perfect appetizer.  It’s creamy and full of jalapeños, bacon, cheese and my secret ingredient – Hidden Valley ranch seasoning.

Whenever we order jalapeño poppers it comes with ranch dressing so I decided my jalapeño popper dip needed some ranch in it.

And let me just tell you, it’s delicious.

Of course I had to do a little taste test before I could serve it to my guests.  Good thing it has a nice cracker crust to hide the evidence.
