Now I’m not saying they’re better than toasting marshmallows and making s’mores while sitting around a bonfire but they’re pretty darn close.  The only thing I would do different next time is add more marshmallows.

I do have to admit that it was nice to eat a s’mores brownie this morning while drinking my coffee:)

Are you suddenly craving some?  Here’s how easy they are to make:

First, print out these awesome Kraft coupons so you can save money on the graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate and head to Walmart for everything you need.

Make your favorite brownie recipe.  I used a chewy fudge brownie mix from a box.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spread half of the brownie batter in a greased pan.  Then add a layer of graham crackers, chocolate pieces and marshmallows.  I added about a cup of marshmallows but next time will probably add 2 cups.  Pour remaining brownie batter over marshmallows and bake.  Baking times will vary depending on the pan that you use.  Since I used an 8 x 8 pan, my brownies took about 30 minutes to bake.

After they cool, it’s time to dig in!  I’m sorry to tell you but it’s going to be hard to eat just one so be prepared.
