Chocolate Molten Lava Mug Cake #PuddingLove

I’ve got a yummy treat for you today! This Chocolate Molten Lava Mug Cake is perfect when you need a chocolate fix.  It’s super easy to make and adding a little chocolate pudding makes this cake moist and delicious!!
Start with making your mug cake mix:
- 1 box of chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 box of Angel Food Cake Mix
- 2Â cups of chocolate chips (optional)
- Mix the two cake mixes in a mason jar.
Then, when you’re craving something sweet and need a little chocolate fix, all you need to do is add three tablespoons of cake mix and two tablespoons of water to your favorite mug. Mix it together, add two tablespoons of chocolate pudding to the top and microwave for 1 minute.
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
Hubby and I made these last night for dessert and we both went back for seconds. And I bet adding a little vanilla ice cream would be AMAZING!

Hello Kara, I can’t wait to try this. Just wondering if the chocolate pudding should be made up as pudding before adding to the top or do I just add the raw, powdered pudding?
