Meet Veronica from Adventures of D and V

Hi there! I'm Veronica (the "V" in Adventures of D and V) and I am beyond thrilled to be Kara's guest today, here at Happy-Go-Lucky. The "D" is for Daniel, my amazingly wonderful husband of 2 years and my best friend. Our lives have been one adventure after another since we met.

 We have many adventures remodeling and decorating our little house.

It is a real fixer-upper.

 I love completing a project and posting before and after pictures!

 Last year, after some tummy issues, Daniel tried going off gluten. 

It has helped him a lot, so I now have tons of new GF recipes to share!
