This time of year makes me think of the leaves changing colors, cool days with the windows open, and
pumpkins!!
My husband loves any food made with pumpkin so I surprised him last week with pumpkin waffles and they were delicious.
Easy Pumpkin Waffles Recipe:
- 2 1/3 cups Heart Healthy Bisquick Mix
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
Heat waffle iron. Mix ingredients together. Pour batter onto waffle iron. Bake until golden brown. Enjoy!
