After pinning a few inspiration pieces, I headed out to get my supplies.
The first necklace I made was inspired from this pin. I started to get the supplies to paint the wooden beads until I came across a Christmas garland. I quickly realized that I could take the garland apart and use the beads to make a necklace. I also decide to use suede cording instead of ribbon to try something different.
The next necklace I made was inspired from this pin. I love the idea of using an old necklace but I also loved the glass beads so I bought some at Michael's and made my own necklace. I also used chain instead of ribbon.
I fell in love with this necklace as soon as I saw it and the best part was I had all the supplies needed to make it. I had extra chains from other projects and I had leftover velvet ribbon that was just waiting to be made into a fabulous necklace. This is a super easy necklace to make and looks really good on. I highly recommend making this necklace.

Wow, these turned out great! I have only made a couple pair of earrings which were super simple. I think you may have inspired me to try to make something a little more fun and challenging.
