I decided to create an easy way to check off what I usually buy at the grocery store so I stop forgetting to buy what I need. It also provides a great way for my husband to add to the list when he uses up the last of something.
Once I created my list, I decided to add a table to write in my weekly meals.

But, I couldn't stop there. I had to figure out a way to keep it in a convenient place - on my refrigerator!!
I started by making 52 copies of my weekly meal planner and grocery list so it would last a year.
I gathered my materials:
- scrapbook paper
- binding posts
- binder clip
- modge podge
I wrapped it around and adhered it with E6000 glue. I placed the binder clip over the cardboard until the glue was dry.
I decoupaged a piece of scrapbook paper to cover the cardboard.
My husband found these binding posts at Home Depot. They each cost less than a dollar. I drilled two holes through the top and placed the binding posts through the holes to make sure the papers don't fall out. Finally, I added magnets to the back and placed it on my refrigerator.
I'm actually excited to create my grocery list for the week and plan our family dinners this week!
Once I gathered all my materials, this was really easy to make and all together cost less about $5 because I had the scrapbook paper, glue, and cardboard. I only had to pay for the copies and the binding posts.
