Celebrate Spring with Del Monte®

This post brought to you by Sam’s Club. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am always looking for easy and delicious recipes to add to my recipe box so I was thrilled to find out that Sam’s Club offers recipes.

As I looked through all the recipes, I knew I had to make the Green Bean Casserole. We were having a neighborhood cookout this past weeked so I headed to to Sam’s Club for all the ingredients.  It’s always my favorite recipe to take to cookouts and family dinners.

Green Bean Casserole

  • 2 (10.75-oz.) can Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • 8 cups cooked green beans or 4 cans (14.5 oz. each) any style Del Monte® Green Beans, drained
  • 2 1/2 cups French's® Cheddar French Fried Onions
  • (I doubled the original recipe)

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 3/4 cup onions in a 1-1/2-quart casserole.
  3. 3. Bake for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
  4. 4. Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

You just can’t go wrong with Green Bean Casserole.  It’s so easy to make and always a huge hit!

One night this week I’m going to make the Crunchy Onion Chicken & Noodle Dinner.  Doesn’t it sound delicious?  And it only requires 7 ingredients.  My kind of recipe!

So now it’s time to Celebrate Spring with easy sides using Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn and Cut Green Beans from Sam’s Club.  That means less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the gorgeous weather outside.

Go online at Sam’s Club and get great recipes for your family’s favorite dishes.

Grab some Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn and Cut Green Beans the next time you are at your local Sam’s Club and celebrate with a great spring dinner!

Reduce Indoor Allergens with Febreze®

Spring has finally arrived and hopefully it is here for good because I am ready to wear flip flops and keep the windows open.  But now I’m hearing we will be having a pollen vortex because of the polar vortex we had this summer.  I’m not really sure what that means but since Connor and my hubby both suffer from seasonal allergies, I am all about eliminating allergens before they can cause an issue.

febreeze allergen reducer

I recently discovered Febreze® Allergen Reducer and since I love Febreze®, I figured I can’t go wrong.  I’m pretty obsessed with spraying everything in the house with Febreze® so now I’m thrilled to find a product that will also help fight seasonal allergies.

The new Febreze® Fabric Refresher Allergen Reducer eliminates odors and reduces up to 95% of inanimate allergens from pollen, pet dander, and dust mite matter that can become airborne from fabrics.  Spray on fabric, carpet, and curtains.  It works by containing the allergens like a net so you can easily vacuum them up instead of breathing them in.

Not only do I love the way it smells, but I’ve had my windows open for a few days now and I’m pretty impressed with the results.  Connor hasn’t had any allergy symptoms at all.  I’ve also been cleaning like a mad women since hubby gets home Friday from a 9 month deployment and I’m hoping he won’t have to worry about his allergies acting up.

Febreze® Allergen Reducer is available in two scents:  Clean Splash and Unscented.  The Air Effects is available in three scents:  Clean Splash, Freshly Clean, and Soft & Light.  I love the way Clean Splash smells.  Febreze® products are available at major mass market grocery and drug store retailers nationwide in the fabric and air care aisles.
